Acceptable Use Policy

Safety rules for simulations, AI agents, research, support, and customer content.

Effective · Version 1.0

This public document explains our standard operating terms and practices. A signed order, enterprise agreement, or negotiated DPA may contain additional terms.

1. Use responsibly

Use TrainerSim only for lawful, authorized training, coaching, assessment, research, and support. Respect privacy, dignity, intellectual property, organizational policy, and human oversight.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Illegal activity, threats, harassment, exploitation, sexual abuse material, hateful abuse, or instructions intended to cause physical harm.
  • Deceptive impersonation, unauthorized voice or likeness cloning, manipulated evidence, fraud, phishing, credential collection, or social engineering.
  • Discriminatory profiling or sole automated decisions affecting employment, education, health, credit, insurance, housing, legal rights, or access to essential services.
  • Uploading personal, confidential, examination, health, or regulated information without authorization and appropriate safeguards.
  • Malware, denial of service, vulnerability exploitation, access-control bypass, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to obtain another tenant’s data.
  • Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights infringement.
  • Circumventing usage limits, reselling access without agreement, or using generated material to misrepresent human authorship where disclosure is required.

3. High-impact use

Medical, legal, financial, academic examination, safeguarding, hiring, and safety-critical scenarios require qualified human design and review. Scores and AI recommendations must be treated as supporting evidence, not final authority. Institutions must provide appeals or human review where appropriate.

4. Enforcement and reporting

We may limit, suspend, remove, or investigate content or accounts to protect users and the service, comply with law, or address a violation. We will consider context and proportionality. Report suspected misuse to support@trainersim.com.
