TrainerSim aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA as an ongoing product target. This is a commitment to continual improvement, not a claim of formal certification.
Current practices
- Semantic headings, labels, landmarks, and accessible names on core controls.
- Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus treatment.
- Responsive layouts, readable contrast, scalable text, and reduced-motion support where animations are used.
- Text-based reports and feedback that complement audio or video sessions.
- Permission and status messaging for microphone, camera, recording, and live support.
Known limitations
Real-time speech, third-party avatar video, generated media, and customer-uploaded content may not always provide equivalent captions, descriptions, timing, or assistive-technology behavior. Some advanced live interactions remain dependent on browser and provider capabilities. We prioritize practical alternatives and will document material limitations as they are identified.
