Cookie Policy

What browser storage TrainerSim uses and how you can control it.

Effective · Version 1.0

This public document explains our standard operating terms and practices. A signed order, enterprise agreement, or negotiated DPA may contain additional terms.

1. What we use

TrainerSim uses cookies and similar browser storage needed to authenticate users, protect sessions, remember language and interface preferences, preserve application state, and operate security controls. These technologies may store an identifier or preference but should not contain full payment-card details.

2. Categories

  • Strictly necessary: sign-in, session continuity, security, fraud prevention, and load balancing.
  • Functional: language, accessibility, workspace, and interface preferences.
  • Performance and diagnostics: aggregated error, reliability, and usage signals where enabled by the organization.
  • Third-party media and payment: limited storage may be set when a user actively starts an avatar, voice, recording, or Stripe billing flow.

4. Your controls

You can delete or block cookies through browser settings and revoke microphone, camera, or site permissions separately. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in, recording, language preferences, or other core functions from working. Organization administrators may also control optional features.
