This public document explains our standard operating terms and practices. A signed order, enterprise agreement, or negotiated DPA may contain additional terms.
Current service providers
- Supabase — database, authentication, Edge Functions, and private file storage.
- Vercel — web application hosting, content delivery, and runtime services.
- OpenRouter, Anthropic, and OpenAI — AI model routing and generation, depending on the feature and configured provider.
- ElevenLabs — synthetic voice and voice-session services.
- Anam — real-time avatar video services.
- Stripe — subscription, checkout, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Firecrawl — approved public website ingestion when an administrator enables that workflow.
How they are used
A provider receives only the data reasonably necessary for the feature a user or administrator activates. Provider location, retention, and model-training terms may differ by service and contract. Enterprise customers may request the current provider and data-location schedule during procurement.
Changes and objections
We may replace or add providers as TrainerSim evolves. We will update this page and provide contractual notice where required. Customers with a reasonable data-protection objection should contact support@trainersim.com promptly so we can discuss available options.
